For your convenience, we accept Master Card, Visa and Discover Card.  Also pay by check or money order and send your payment to the address below.  Please note that it takes 3-4 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped.   Payments that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $30 penalty fee.

BACK ORDERS
We constantly strive to deliver all orders complete!  If for some reason a product is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be informed.  Items out of stock will be backordered and shipped as soon as they are received.  Freight charges on backorders may be applicable.


GENERAL RETURN POLICY
You must have a Return Authorization Label to return an item.  Call 1-866-478-6102 and we will ask for the invoice number, date of purchase, quantity, item numbers and r eason for return.  Based on this information a Return Authorization Label may be faxed to you.  All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection.  Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
All orders shipped via UPS.  Some orders may require additional freight charges, based on to the size, weight of products ordered and/or the shipping location. If your order is affected by one of these conditions, you will be contacted and given the option of accepting the additional charges or canceling the order. Products shipped directed from the manufacturer may required additional shipping time. We only ship physical addresses within the Continental USA, not to P.O. Boxes, APO's and FPO's.
